ECG & EEG
Overview
The Department has a team of highly skilled, noble medical ethics and rigorous academic management. There are 11 medical staff, including one chief physician, five attending physicians, four physicians, and one technician. Among them, there are 10 undergraduate graduate and 1 Junior College graduate. Several doctors have been sent to Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Fuwai Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen Medical University to study ECG, EMG and EEG, which greatly improved the diagnostic level. At the same time, every year, staff members are organized to attend academic conferences on ECG, EMG and EEG both inside and outside the province. Learn advanced technology in China and abroad. There are three scientific research projects in Hainan Agriculture and Reclamation Administration, Hainan Health and Family Planning Commission, more than ten new technologies have been developed and awarded in the hospital, and nearly 20 papers have been published in Chinese core journals and statistical source journals.Detail>>

Service

Dynamic electroencephalogram (AEEG): 1. AEEG is used to diagnose and classify epilepsy. Because of its long recording time, the positive rate of epilepsy detection has been improved. The diagnostic rate of epilepsy can be increased from 40-50% to 80-90%. 2. It is helpful to guide the medication of epilepsy. 3. EEG analysis for differential diagnosis of epilepsy, especially for paroxysmal diseases such as epilepsy, syncope and sleep disorder in adults and children. 4. It is helpful to observe the frequency characteristics of epileptic seizure potential and the range of focus spread, especially to identify subclinical paroxysmal epilepsy during sleep. It can confirm the quantity and duration of spike wave in a certain time, and play the role of quantitative diagnosis.

The items that EMG room can carry out at present are as follows: 1. needle electromyography. 2. Measurement of nerve conduction velocity. 3. Repeated frequency electrical nerve stimulation, F-wave and H-reflection detection. 4. Blink reflex. 6. somatosensory evoked potential(SEP). 7. brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP). 8. Visual evoked potential(VEP)

Video electroencephalogram (Q-Video) video technology: also known as motion capture technology, based on the current leading digital video recording and playback technology, can monitor patients'every move, more conducive to capture every abnormal behavior, combined with EEG or sleep parameters, can greatly improve the efficiency of diagnosis of paroxysmal diseases. Through the analysis of video action trend, we can clearly understand the degree and duration of patients'movements in each period. Especially in the process of sleep analysis or long-range video EEG monitoring, it is helpful for the diagnosis and classification of epilepsy, sleep stage and the diagnosis of restless leg syndrome.

Dynamic electrocardiogram(Holter): 1. Qualitative diagnosis of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia. 2. To determine the causes and nature of paroxysmal syncope, vertigo and palpitation. 3. Evaluate the prognosis of patients with heart disease. 4. Assess the daily living ability of patients with heart disease. 5. Evaluation of antiarrhythmic and therapeutic effects of drugs for myocardial ischemia. 6. Assessment of pacemaker function.

Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound(TCD): 1. Detection of the main intracranial blood supply arteries to determine whether there is stenosis or occlusion. 2. Detection of microemboli. 3. Foaming test: It is very important to carry out this technology for young stroke patients (especially those younger than 55 years old) to improve the etiological diagnosis rate and prevent recurrence.
